Balanced Lighting

Now the days are getting shorter it's becoming easier to black out many of the rooms at home and use them as an improvised studio. That means I can combine studio lights with a shallow depth of field as illustrated in the shot below. I used two Elinchrom studio lights with softboxes to get a nice soft, balanced light across the image. Getting my daughter to stay sitting upright was the hard part :-)
