Golden hour and mist
When I woke up this morning the weather was perfect for some autumnal landscape photography. There was no cloud and we were surrounded in mist with a bright early sun starting to burn it off. I wanted to use the wood at the end of my road to shoot shafts of sun light filtering down through the branches and the mist. Unfortunately the mist was starting to clear - and fast. I was also maybe half an hour too late and the sun was a little too high. However, I did get some good shots that hopefully will include some 'keepers' that I can post. The shot below is from my phone, taken now as I watch the mist sink into the valley at the end of my garden.
